ROSALINE HILL
For almost 20 years, Rosaline Hill has been engaged as an architect in the work of designing residential buildings of all shapes and sizes within existing Ottawa neigbhourhoods. Rosaline continues to research the role of residential development patterns in impacting climate change, housing affordability, walkable lifestyles, social cohesion, and population diversity. The focus of her research is the fabric of maturing urban neighbourhoods, and the housing typologies that they contain. Her vision; transitioning our existing neighbourhoods to be healthier and happier communities, by establishing new regulations that allow developers to build in patterns that achieve our collective goals.
